200$ is quite a price for a vacuum. Usually people look for those that are 100 or below. You have a lot of choice, maybe if you are lucky, you can squeeze some dyson or miele with discount. Otherwise Hoover is pretty good for this price range. Its solid brand with solid products.

If the price is not an issue, I would totally recommend Miele vacuum, the quality of the product is top notch and you can get 7 years warranty. Including HEPA filters, you will have no issues in your home.
