a good lawnmower for hills is a fastrack mini

they are made by hustler and can have as small as a 36 inch deck with a 20hp honda

i just finished rebuilding a 1989 briggs and stratton 11 hp horizontal shaft and i am wondering how to set the synchro balancer gears in relation to the crank shaft
