2013 ARIENS Professional 32 (Model: 926039) Repower with a Honda GX 390, 13hp motor

I bought a new ARIENS Professional 32 (Model: 926039) Snow Blower and had an engine surge issue. Ariens and Briggs & Stratton installed new carburetors and opened main jets metering holes but could not correct the issue.
