Like the other guys say, the assembly was a bit extreme, but once you are able to use it. It quickly pays its self off. All of my snow contracts are commercial and thanks to the Flap guides it made my 3am. hour go by much faster. I ordered two of the spreaders and the only thing i can say except that they are great time and labor saving tools is that one of the flaps gets a little cought on one of the tires."
