I've Examined The Snowblower and I've figured out part of the problem ..... the previous owner of the snowblower had the tires on wrong. They had them on the axle to far and didn't have the pin through the rim. Just through the axle which in turn wasn't spinning the wheel with the drive system. So that part is fixed. But it appears that its still lacking some speed/power and the belt appears to be quite loose. Can the belt tension be adjusted or is it just a matter of replacing the belt? And if this is the case how do you go about replacing the belt? Thank you again in advanced |

Toro 824 snowblower won't move? ... Im a first time owner of a snowblower ... I actually don't own it, a buddy from work is letting me borrow it. Theres only one problem with it; it won't self propel. I have no idea how these things work so when I take the bottem plate off all I see is an assembly of gears and friction disks and belts. What would I look for in order to diagnose this problem? Thank you in advanced |
