Adjustable Carb for a 13HP Tecumseh SnoKing OHSK-130 Spec 223825D

I'm sick of the problems I'm having with surging, inconsistent running, and stalling under load. Does anyone know the cure? I tried cleaning the non adjustable carb but now its worse!

I hear a Carb # 632334A will work on it maybe?

HELP!
