Yes it is ,But if it brakes try to get the warrenty out of HD. I just bought a 826 from a toro dealer and he told me that HD wont fix it if it brakes they will have to send it out and it will take about 4-6 weeks to get it back(hope it doesn't snow between that time)HD is a box store and if you think for a minute that thay have the CONSUMERS BEST INTREST AT HEART YOU ARE SADLY MISTAKEN. Oh the 4-6 weeks that happen to me on a cordless drill i bought from HD that i only owned for 9 months. I will go to the local hardware store befoer i buy anything from HD. AKA HOME CHEAPO.

I paied $950 for mine and if it brakes i can have fixed in 24 hours or less including warrenty Now thats a piece of mind.
