Weedeater Edger help
#1   May 7, 2006 9:52 am
I have a weedeater edger.  I am not sure of the model number or anything because I don't feel like going out to the garage to find out.  I just bought a new blade because the other one wore down to far.  I cannot get the old blade off.  I misplaced the instructions.  Is there a button I need to press to lock the blade so I can get it off?  Thanks.

I have no idea.  I just bought some shear bolts/pins from the hardware store and they seemed to fit fine.  I will see if the auger is making contact with the ground causing them to break.  Thanks
Noma Snowblower

Hello.  I have a Noma snowblower.  It has a 9hp engine on it and the cutting path is like 28 inches.  It snowed a lot here today and I sheared a total of 5 pins on the left auger side while snowblowing my driveway.  Eventually, I had to use my neighbors becuase I got so mad.  Last year, we didn't get as much snow and I didn't shear any pins.  Any thoughts why the pins keep shearing only on the one side and what I can do to fix it?  Thanks.
Tecumseh Carburetor

I have a Tecumseh HS-50 engine on my minibike  The hp is 5.5 I think.  The engine specs are hs50-67124C  and the Serial number is 1258B.  I wanted to upgrade my carburetor by putting a 7hp or 8hp carb on it.  I just don't know what model/type of carb to buy as there are so many on eBay.   I know mine is a Series 1 carb.  I just need to know the tecumseh model number of a bigger carb that would fit on my engine.  If anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it.  Thanks a lot.
