1982? Tecumseh 8 hp Snowblower Motor HM-80

Does anyone know about getting a longer attachment for putting oil into the motor. If you know what I mean there is a little oil fill plug with a little dipstick in front of the motor. Its quite a pain adding oil to the motor. In my old owners manuel it shows an attachment in one of the pictures but have no idea where I can get one. If any one knows about this or what part number is it, I would really be thankful. Thanks

1982 Ariens Dual Stage Snowblower-Clutch Lever Problems

I would like to know how to adjust the clutch lever(going forward and reserve) it will not go all the way down to the handle. It goes almost all the way down to the handle and its becoming of a pain to hold it. My other one that moves the snow goes all the way down. Is there something I can adjust in order to hold the lever all the way down to the handle? I hope I explained this well enough. Thanks
