Re: Help with decision Ariens 926001 vs 921002/1027LE

I went over the top, I got the Simplicity P10524E. I really liked the size 10.5 HP, 24 in @ 245 lbs; easy to man handle very well balanced takes no effort to lift the front by leaning on the handle bars.My only concern and almost kept me from buying it is the electric chute. I know it’s something that will fail unlike a manual crank chute. Does anyone have any experience with the Simplicity electric chute?

Hi As you can see from my posts I'm shopping for a snow blower. Can someone give me feedback on what you think and know about Cub Cadet snow blowers, I'm looking at the Cub Cadet Model #: 528 SWE and comparing it to Ariens 1027LE. Thanks Frank

Help with decision Ariens 926001 vs 921002/1027LE

Hi I’m trying to decide between the Ariens 926001 vs the 921002 The 926001 is selling at $1000 and the 921002 at $1200. The only difference that I’m aware of is the 921002 is ˝ HP more and has the Fingertip Axle lock/unlock. Am I missing something and in your opinion are those two features worth $200
