I don't have the model number,but it doesn't have a headlight. Also,the right hand lever,from operator's 'view, can be released to operate the chute,right/left. I may be off on the model year as being a 2009,or 2010. Thanks for your reply

I've been offered a 2011 Ariens SnoThro ST724. Would appreciate some price to offer. Machine probably 6-7 times,been serviced,looks good and runs. Any suggestions on what i should pay for this machine? Thanks

I'm thinking of having my 5 year old Ariens 724 serviced this fall, as my Arthritis prevents me from doing it myself. Can some of you folks here give me a idea what costs for r/r belts,lube,etc would be? I don't want to chance a break down next year. Thanks daswede

Another Massachusetts snowman here. We got 24 inches of nice throwing snow. Wind was a bugger,kept changing directions. Snowed for almost 23 hours straight. State shut down,No vehicles allowed on road. Stores closed ,etc. I finally dragged out my 5 yr. old Ariens 7/24 . This machine did itself proud. Took snow over the bucket, and kept churning along.
