Ariens Compact 24 or Simplicit I1224E??

Hello all, I'm looking to by a my fist snowblower. I'm tossed up between a Simplicity I1224E($1066CAD) and an Ariens Compact 24($999CAD). Both have good ratings. I have local dealer support for both. The Simplicty has a larger engine. Both have B&S engines. Now I could also look at a Ariens Deluxe 24 for $1200CAD but don't really want to to pay the extra money. Any recommendations??
