Might want to replace the cap. Sounds like it's not venting.

I'm in agreement with snowshoveler, an electronic coil will take away all the guess work and save a ton of time .

That is not near enough. Should be at least 80psi to run decent.  Normally they are around 100psi to as high as 140psi. Take the muffler off and see if the piston is scored.

This one doesn't have a differential but this is what the old ones look like inside.


The bearing to the left side of the friction wheel looks like it's on an angle or worn out.

Just wondering why you would want to change to a bigger carb?
