Honda HR215 SXA mower ??

Anyone know anything on Honda HR215 SXA mower ? There is a guy in my town who has a 6 month old one for sale. Says he is moving into a condo and needs to sell it. What does it cost new ? what might a 6 month old be worth ? any pro's or con's on this machine ?? Thank's
