Neither trying to marginalize the performance nor defend Honda  (his blower looks really good) but look at the smoke stack (near 80 degree bend indicating very strong wind).  A strong wind can make it look more impressive but you do need a machine that can blow.

Yes it does have a 3.25" drive pulley on it.
Stock is 2 3/4"

It does kind of look like the wind is blowing.
But in winter time when the air is cold and heavy.  The steam plume coming out of the stack always looks
like that.  It actually was very calm that day.  In certain parts of the video you can see the snow falling straight down
from the blower stream.
But that was a good observation.

I run outside as long as it is above -20F and the wind is not more than 10 mph.  I watch the steam stack carefully so I can finish my run with the wind on my back.  Otherwise, the wind makes my head to figuratively crack in half.  It would be really interesting to see how much water you can shoot out with your blower.

  Nice video.  If the snow was a bit heavier it probably would have gone even further.   BTW, I like the wall shot on the prior post. 
  Great make over on that machine.
