I am looking for a 12v portable spotlight for my father for X-mas, it will be primarily be used for spotting dear in the field. Need something really bright but dont want to break the bank thou......Thanks in advance!
Look for the Stanley FatMax - it is a rechargeable LED that's close to 1000lumens output and can also be run continuously off a 12v cord - it runs about $50. Anything brighter, you'll have to go HID. Stay away from the incandescents. Also, see candlepowerforums.com
