I agree - that's a big platform to manuever and appears to be very unwieldy. I guess if you were clearing long straight runs it might not be too bad but at that point, why not go for a tractor with a snowblower attachment. You'd better make sure you eat your Wheaties before taking that beast out for big snow clearing session and have plenty of ibuprofen for when your done... Got to wonder if that's the reason the owner is selling it?

My father in law has one. The engine has performed well, but the chain case has been an issue. The original sprockets wore down after one winters use and were replaced with sturdier ones. The chain was replaced as well because it kept slipping and was damaged in one of the slip offs. As to function, his driveway is long and flat and at his age he said it handles pretty well.
