Uhhhhhh.   Hmmmmmm.   Ha Ha.  He seems to  have time on his hands.  My 99%-new El Toro! 1028LXE has spoken to me also, and wants to go out and blow some snow. I haven't yet had a chance to try it out, since I've only had it since October 23rd, my birthday of all things.  Great $600 Craigslist present to myself.  Changed the oil, adjusted the scraper bar to 1/4" to avoid pine needles, dirt, etc., as best I can without leaving too much snow.  I feel for the poor 'ol Toro in the video.  Mine knows exactly how he/it feels!  Had some snow this week and today, but only an inch or so.  Cold and more chances of snow this weekend.  Almost time!

Well my Toro 1028 has already gotten a taste of snow this year, but it wants more.

There is nothing worse than having to wait, and wait, and wait to use your new (or old) winter OPE. Maybe we should start a support group....???

Don't you have a Toro 3650 in need of carb work?  You do have patience though.  If I fiddle with it for 2 hours and it doesn't work, I'd just go out and buy a whole new carb.

The whole carb (if I remember correctly) was about $ 180.00 - I only paid $ 40.00 for the CCR3000. I'm going to give it another shot in the next few weeks as I really don't want to spend a buck eighty unless I absolutely have to - always have the HS621AS so I'm good to go as is. Got to get a Honda EM6500 Generator so I don't have to live in the dark and waterless (well pump) again the next time a big storm rolls around. Got to set your priorities ya know....

$180 for the carb?  Very expensive.   Is that specific carb for the Suzuki engine?
