I found a mint Toro CCR2000 for a reasonable price and will be picking it up this Thursday.  I will post some pictures on Friday.  Hopefully this is a good machine.

Good luck.  Mine was a faithful servant for 19 years.

Bottom Line:  The boring pig (myself) bought a 2012 Honda HS520.  It was easy for my son and wife to start and use it.  I did look at HS621 but $350 + another $125 for new rubbers did not seem right.  I thought about buying a Toro but in the end I could not do it since I had a really bad experience with a Toro lawnmower not starting.  The Honda dealer located about 5 miles from my house gave me a 10% discount for being a veteran so it was reasonable.  I know I am boring.

The HS520 is new for about the same price as an older HS621 with new paddles.  Makes sense to go with the new one with a 3 year warranty.  The HS621 will always be more expensive to operate over time, the wearable parts are more costly.

For what is worth, I am ready for 2012 snow season.
