Probably Briggs / Snapper / Simplicity? It looks similar to the Simplicity/Snapper models, so I wondered. Thanks.

Briggs & Stratton Power Products Group makes Simplicity, John Deere, and Snapper snow blowers. Here's a picture of the 2011-2012 Simplicity catalog. Note Briggs & Stratton Power Products Group in the lower right corner. I have never been able to obtain a John Deere catalog. Seems like they're only available online, and there's no back cover on that! However, if you ever compare Simplicity, John Deere, and Snapper blowers, you will see certain similarities in look. There are certain differences also, to provide variety between the brands. I think they've done a very fine job in building these blowers.
