Do people cover their walk-behind snowblowers?

Some of us have to leave the snowblower outside, on the deck, behind the house. Do you cover yours? What do you use? Would you cover it if you had a good cover?

What shape is it in?? I ask cause mine has been out since last winter, I have it on a wood pallet under a Toro cover. I am scared $#%*less to take the cover off and see what it looks like! I have a feeling its going to be rusted! Everyday since last winter I said to myself I need to spray the entire thing with a lubricant but every god dam day I forget! You should be OK if it's a breathable cover and not a plastic tarp.

I only cover it in the winter time, outside. Our winters are dry and very cold, so there is no rust,. When the snow season is over, I always check it over, oil spray it, change the oil etc and put it back into the barn.. But during this last summer, I have had a garage built only 10 ft from the back door. It is 24x29 feet , I will keep my snowblower in there from now on.

I'm curious (and a bit jealous) Royster- why a garage 24' x 29' and not 24' x 30'?
