Toro Power Clear 210?

I have a chance to buy a 1 year old toro power clear 210. It was used by a homeowner and has the 2 stroke engine and no electric start. Owner wants $450 for it. Is it worth it?
I already own a toro 826 OXE 2 stage blower. I was looking to find an inexpensive single stage to deal with the small snowfalls we get.
