How well has the 163 cc 4 stroke engine performed in the Toro single stage model? Is it any good?

I have last year's model, the 421QE with a Loncin 4 stroke engine. I'm very happy with it. Performance of the engine is what it should be for 160cc engine. It may pale a little bit in comparison with the new crop of B&S variants sporting 203cc engine.

The overall package of the Toro is more refined than the B&S, but it does carry a higher price premium.
