The 31677 was one of two versions. One with an H70 and the other with an HS50, 31625.
They both use the same pulley part number so the crank diameters are the same. Probably ¾.
They both mounted to the same part number base standoff plate.
The HS50 they used had a base block plate cast into the engine block. The H70 did not. A plate was screwed into the bottom of the H70 block to take the place of the cast section in the HS50 base. Your engine has the same cast base as the HS50 they used..
You engine should bolt on with no problem.
