Is there a WYSIWYG editor for this forum? Original Message Jan 31, 2011 6:37 pm
If I just type, the editor here will not recognize carriage return/line feeds, so I manually have to enter the HTML code < br > < br > (without the spaces), but I figure I'm doing something wrong.
I didn't see a setting to choose a normal editors, is there one available, or must I use the br/br codes to go to a new line?

There's a lot of variation depending on what browser you are using. IE works ok. Opera not so good.
Also, if cutting and pasting into Abbys you get different results depending on where you took you text from, Word, Notebook. At also acts differently when accepting text say from Word where you are typing in text in .doc versus .txt. Which font your in makes a difference. Lots of factors.

I'm using Chrome. Maybe I'll switch to IE for this forum, or if Firefox works better, that's an option.
I'm using IE8 with no problems at all.
