Need some help with a Teucmseh engine fix, disregard, I fixed it.

The starter cord broke on a HSK70 engine, simple enough. I removed the assembly and at first the rewind spring was engaged but then somehow it wasn't.  The part number is Tecumseh 590645A.

How do I get it apart to / or engage the spring?  The assembly looks like it's almost riveted together!

The answer will probably be embarrassingly simple, but I'm staring at this thing confuzzled.

---------------

Learned I had to peel the label and knock out the pin.  Was easy to get the coil spring back on, but I didn't know about the small springs on the cam fingers and had to assemble it twice.

Good to go.
