2nd Season with Toro 826OE
Original Message   Jan 18, 2011 11:31 am
Completely pleased with this machine. Just cleared the ice-on-top-of-snow from the northeast stuff today. Power Max 826OE chewed right through it, including EOD and hurled it 35+ feet. Did my neighbors driveway, which they had driven on -- scraped up the packed snow-ice and flung it out -- never jammed or hesitated. The impeller recirculation system is no gimmick.

The plastic chute holds up well to this chunky stuff and the Quick Stick is great for changing directions on the fly. Also, no issues at all with the Quick Stick functionality.

This model has no steering assist and I have both wheels locked, so it can be a bit of a bear to handle. Wouldn't recommend it for a lady, but no problem for a guy.
