Abbys editor inserting duplicate pictures and text.
Original Message   Jan 16, 2011 10:10 am
Anyone know how do get Abbys editor to work properly?  It often posts duplicates copies of pictures and text.  On an edit they get removed but after posting they still show as doubles?   Sometimes the edit takes after many tries and sometimes it does not.   ???

I think it's browser dependant. I have different looking screens with each of the 4 browsers I've tried. An old version of IE seems to be the most complete but I avoid using that if at all possible.

Yes, browser dependant.  It screws up always with Opera.  I was using MSIE and it sometimes works ok and sometimes double posts and any attempt to edit at times add each time or sometimes works.  Very fuzzy.

I've never tried to insert pictures, but I would like to suggest Firefox (which I use daily) and Google's "Chrome" browser.  My oldest son is a computer tech at our large local school district.  He loves using Chrome.  Good luck on this.

Chrome will be having problems in the future now that Google refuses to support H.264 in HTML5.

Google is becoming the new Apple.
