have some sort of crank to turn the chute.  You will need at least one universal joint in the connection between the motor and the drive screw.  Figuring out where and how to mount the motor is the first and most complicated step.  The seat motor has to have some type of mounting points that you can use to mount it on your blower.  What kind of blower do you have?


I have a honda HS928 and if they low handlebars were not enough of a problem (great if you are under 4 feet) the position of the crank is even lower. I have considered canabalizing parts from other blowers to move the chute control higher.  I have checked out the cordless drill applications for chute control but these never appealed to me.  The auto seat motor sounds like a better implementation.  I looked at some of these motors listed on EBAY but they all appear different. 

 Most manufactures have a better setup for this, even yamaha:
