John Deere 25hp tractor, w/54" lawn-mower, 44" snowblower

I've been shopping for a Honda snow-blower, then came across a 2008 John Deere 25hp tractor, with 54" lawn-mower, complete with grass-clipping container with blower, and a 44" snow-blower attachment complete with chains and weights. It has 40 hours of use. Are these good machines, and how are they for snow removal? My lawn is 27,500 sq.ft. and I have roughly 4000 sq.ft. of paved driveway, including a 50' long hill at the entrance.

That sounds logical FrankMA. I just happened to come across this tractor while researching the "used" market. I've been mowing my lawn with a push-mower, and that's mainly due to the hills/slopes around my property. They're way too steep for a tractor, and as it stands, I have to mow crossway to the slope with the push-mower. I could only use the tractor on the flatpart of my lawn, and I can do that area in 1 1/2 hrs with the push-mower.
The John Deere tractor by the way, is the 2008 190c. It has 40 hours on it.. Comes with the 54" lawn-mower, rear-bagger w blower, and the 44" snowblower, weights, and chains. Asking price is $5000. and he's negotiable.
