can anyone tell me how well the snowblowers that do not have throttles work. i like the deere 928 but worry about not having any control

Doesn't have a Briggs and Stratton engine with a throttle level market with a tortoise and a hare? ((http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Tortoise_and_the_Hare)
