So today i went outside to start my snowblower tried pulling it over could only get the rope out 7 inches it was hard, tried electric start nothing it humed like a electric weed wacker. btw it was outside over night, this thing had ice on the throttle cable that i had knocked off. Is it just to cold outside to start?
