Gloves or Mittens for Snowblowing?

I am really tired of having my fingers freeze while snowblowing. I know the newer models have heated hand grips and I remember seeing a post on here last year about adding them to a machine but I would prefer to just find a pair of excellent gloves.

Any brands in particular that you have found work best?

I also use ski gloves. They are warm and waterproof. I was out today for about two hours and my hands stayed toasty.

Old ski gloves w/ goretex. hands never get cold. Toes are a different story.
