John Deere 928e/1130 clutch lever update?

Good morning, in the other post started by Clay on the JD1130, one of the posts talked about a clutch lever update kit part #1687452yp .i can't seem to find any info about this, i asked the dealer and they say the haven't heard anything about it, if i check on the online parts catalogue, it shows as a good number for the clutch lever, what is this suppose to solve and should i nagg the dealer for this? the blower is going in monday morning for the belt cover seal kit, which should solve the slipping issues???
