PRI-G good for how long?

I bought an 8oz. bottle of PRI's Power Start from Sidell Marine on 9/25/03. What do you guys think of as far as how long this stuff should last and keep my fuel in good condition? Is it past date? It doesn't seem to look like it did new, but it is cold here. Kept in a garage in the heat of summer and cold of winter. Hopefully I won't have to throw it out yet. How about other brands, I know Sta-bil recommends 2 years. Then pitch it.

Hi... My unscientific Stabil versus Pri-G experience... Bought a new Honda mini tiller in the fall... 4-stroke engine... Usually started with 1 pull and ran great... Used Stabil in the gas... ran it some... and it sat thru the winter until spring in unheated shed... Tller would not run right... carburator replaced under warrenty... Then was OK... Year two... Used Pri-G in the gas... ran it some... and it sat thru winter until spring in unheated shed... Started 1st pull and ran fine... So... Pri-G and Pri-D (for diesel) for me... no more Stabil... First learned about the PRI products from Bobby P... wish he'd show up here ! Dave...

I got turned on to Sea Foam by folks up here in Alaska. Snowmobile guys swear by it. It really keeps fuel fresh. My Sportsman 500 had a terrible idle even when it was brand new. Two tanks of fuel later and it was perfect. It's all I use anymore. hickster
