4 stroke trimmer runs on propane?
Original Message   Jun 19, 2009 8:39 pm
Has anyone had the chance to run one of the propane trimmers yet? i picked one up at ACe the other day and it was a little heavy... I am not big into "green" stuff but the idea was kinda neat as far as no mess or no spill concept...made by Lehr company..

I guess the carb gumnming up on 2-cycl. stuff is a draw back for stuff not used often. In that respect, I should get one for my uncle who uses a trimmer once every 9 months .. I guess it would be good if someone could fill the bottles from one of those adapters, the kind of adapters they sell that fill off a larger BBQ tank.

But, How would Dennis and Borat use "Sea Foam" in it ?!?!?

Well, anyway... I picked up one at Ace Hardware store... The units are Heavey....
