take the bowl off again and make sure the float moves and make sure the needle isnt stuck, make sure the fuel shut off valve is open?. if still no fuel then your gonna have to inspect the line going from carb to the tank and inside the tank and see why theres no fuel flow? possiable fuel filter if it has one.

from the tank to the filter it's getting fuel, from the filter to the carb it's getting fuel, but it get to a plastic looking elbow I think it's cloged there it will turn round and round but will not come off so I can check it and I think the problem it in that elbow,I can pour gas in the card it will crank but will shut off when gas is gone, like I say I think it is clogged in that plastic elbow,it's kind of white, kind of square looking deal I do think it's clogged but not sure how to get it off without breaking it,thanks for your help

Is that where the fuel line connects to the carb?If so it is pressure fitted and does not come off.I would be willing to bet you need to clean your carb out,and if you did, recheck your float and inlet needle seat.Try blowing some air threw the fuel inlet.I hope this helps. When you say you cleaned your carb, did you get a rebuild kit?
