Hi all.I got me a Noma. It will not go foward in any gear, and it hardly goes backwards. When i push down on the handle to make it go,the cable comes up and there is a screw on it.If i adjust that screw will it make a difference,or could it be the friction wheel? Thanks,Don

It's all done.It was the friction wheel. We are supposed to get dumped on this afternoon, and the old man who owns the noma was calling me at 7 this morning to get it done.I don't like working on things without a manual. But what are you going to do with a impatient old man? Thanks for your help.Don
