That's some serious snow blowing machinery.  Never thought I hear someone refer to a 45" blower as the machine for smaller areas.

That 45" blower is huge!!!  Need a license to operate that beast?

What brand is that?

to me they are just not condusive to a driveway or manuverable for doing your sidewalk etc I dont know maybe they would be a great machine who knows seems awful $#%*bersome to me

It would be awkward to use for my driveway.  Another thing is that the intake is 45" but the engine is the same 13hp engine that Cub CAdet uses on their 33" wide machines.  

You would think to drive that in the snow you would need like an 18 hp. or something!

You have to look at where it was being used. Its a house out in the country. Most of the clearing was done with a big blower on the back of a farm tractor. The 45" was used for "clean up". As far as power is concerned it looks like it can chug through a good amount of snow and still make it go some where else far away.
