question on lubricating sprays
Original Message   Jan 22, 2009 10:31 am
My snowblower says to use a med weight 10w oil to lubricate points on the snowblower. Can u use any of these sprays that also lubricate since some of them say they dont attract dirt.Or is a 3 in 1 oil sufficient?

I use a light multi purpose oil in a spray can for lubing cables & tight hinges.  Pivot points for control levers usually get a burst of white lithium grease also from a  spray can.   My rule of thumb is that if I can't get spray grease into a friction point, use oil.
