Simplicity P1524E request feedback good or bad
Original Message   Oct 1, 2008 8:30 pm

Hello all,

I need a new snow blower and was thinking about the Simplicity P1524E. Does anyone on the list have any experience and or feedback on this model?

I live East of lake Ontario (Watertown) and we average 150” more or less of snow per season.  My drive is maybe 40 feet long, 2 cars wide and flat.

My hope is this model will be a dependable and durable machine that I can use for many years.  The Simp dealer is only 12 blocks away from me.

My last blower was a 32 inch JD that was 12 years old, I got tired of fixing it every time I needed to use it.

Please provide and thoughts and comments good or bad on the P1524E.

Thanks in advance, Pete

Can't say I'm familiar with the 1524 model.  I have a 9528 (9.5 h.p. 28") large frame machine.   Nothing but praise for it.  Simplicity is famous for reliable, long lasting machines.  Go for it.

Thanks, they will deliver it next week, it cost me $1600 plus tax.

Good choice.

Look at the pics I posted of my machine in action last winter.  Topic is something about "throwing distance".
