I can get the toro for $1650 or the honda for $1700.the toro has quick stick chute control,freewheel steering but the honda has hydrostatic transmission,honda engine.Which is better at throwing snow far especially wet snow?Also which would clog less or not at all?

Honda.  For that price, it's pretty much a no-brainer.
