Sticky friction wheel
Original Message   Mar 16, 2008 11:03 am
Hey ,I got a free snow blower the other day.A Simplicity 860 SE M/N1691900 and S/N2566.I cleaned the carb, new fuel lines, and it runs great. It sat for 7 years,i could not get the shifter lever to move.Took off the bottom skid plate, found a whale of a mouse nest. After i cleaned that mess up,i lubed the axle that the friction wheel is on,and everything else to do with the shifter. It still will not move. Will i need to take that assembly apart? And also, where could i get a manual for this particular machine?I thank all in advance,Don
