Craftsman pro 2 stag Snower Thrower

Greetings.....

I'm the new kid on the bloke. I have two snow blowers. One 13/33 Yardman and a 9/28 craftsman.I have owned the yardman for about 12 years had some minor problems with it but it has been a good machine.

The Craftsman was a back up for when the Yardman went down and for around the house. Pretty good snowblower but I have a 1/4 mile drive way to keep clear so it turned into 2 or three miles before I was done. I have a tractor with a blade but this only gets you so far.I live in North Idaho and this year Mother Nature reminded us of how winter really is.

Thought about gettin a blower for the back of the tractor but it is just not powerful enought. The yardman went down for the last time.I was told that the part I needed was not available anymore.

So I went and bought a other Craftsman snowblower pro13/45  with dual tires with the Tecumseh Snow king engine.I had only seen it on the net when I orderd it.When I picked it up I could not believe it.Everything except the dual tires and the 45/23in intake was my old Yardman.Only thing I did not like about was the skids. On the old yardman I had taken the skid shoes to a machine shop and had them weld some skis on to them works great. they are interchandable which is great. The price was over 2,000.The way I figure it is not a toy and it will save me a few trips down the driveway and my old knees will thank me for that. This year was nuts gettin ready for next year.
