Repower question/opinion...
Original Message   Feb 11, 2008 10:00 am
I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on motors.  I am going to repower my Ariens and debating between a 7.5 Hp Briggs Snow Intek OHV or a 7 Hp Tecumseh Snow King.  Can anyone share any thoughts or opinions?

Thanks.

B&S overhead valve all the way.  You may need spacers to elevate the engine a bit to replace the Tecumseh.  The spacers can be ordered with the engine.   They actually might even be part of the kit with no additional cost.

Small Engine Warehouse have lots of engines at very good prices.

Hi borat.  That is where I plan on purchasing the new powerplant from.  I was just curious about who is using what out there and what other opinions are out there.  Thanks.
