4 hp tecumseh flywheel

where can you find a 4 hp horizontal shaft fly wheel for an older machine? it is held in place by one center bolt and a washer. a friend of mine has it and has had no luck emailing tecumseh! the starter tore half the teeth off the flywheel and he needs a replacement. any ideas where to search for one? mkd
