8 hp tecumseh on an airens ST824 snower blower

Can any one tell me the correct champion spark plug # and gap setting for this engine an 8 HP Tecumseh ?I cant find the engine model or serial # it might be under the starter housing.The Areins manual calls for a Champion RJ-17LM and .030 gap but that covers several different engine models.I found a  R19 plug in it (bought this unit used) TIA for any help

my 1986 st824 takes a champion j8c gapped at.030. it has the hm80 tecumseh engine in it. hope this helps! mike
