I currently have a Craftsman 8HP model # C950-52677-8  Serial # 857356.  As I was blowing snow this morning there was a distinct odour of burning rubber and then as time progressed the blower did not want to blow off the snow any longer.  I am assuming it is the belt.  When I removed the belt cover I noticed two belts and two adjustment bars, (if we can call them that).  My question is how do I adjust the belt or how can I replace it and adjust it properly.  I do not have the owners manual and it is impossible to find one.
