Hi Shawn, First check for spark, if spark present, remove the rubber fuel line from the carb and check for fuel, if fuel present, pour a little amount of fuel directly in the throttle make sure that the butterfly stays open at least 1/8 inch, start the engine, it should start and die after 5 to 10 seconds. That means the fuel doesnt reach the carb bowl or the needle beneath the float is stuck. You may so check the gasket to the head.
