Outdoor Power Equipment (Lawn Mowers, Snow Blowers, Chain Saws and more) Discussions

My brother wants to buy the best bagging self propelled mower.  Something that will efficiently bag grass clippings, leaves, small twigs, etc.  

It doesn't have to be the best mulcher or side discharger...just the flat out best bagger.  Just a normal homeowner size, around 21".  Cost isn't an issue with him.  Any thoughts?

Well from the consensus of local folks that I asked it seems that the Snapper Hi-Vac wins hands down.
